1. I'm going back to school in a few hours time to start my semester2 with this killer module called Business Statistics. (I'm meeting chingtongtrump for lunch first at Toa Payoh.)


2. My new maid is arriving today. My current maid who have served us for 4 years, is leaving on Wednesday. I know its going to be hard training and trusting this new maid.. I have to be patient and calm...breatheeeee in......out....


3. I've made breakfast today. Single handedly on the STOVE (totally amazing!), and made PANCAKES. The instruction said to grease the pan with oil, and being such a kiasu, I added like so much oil which then the first pancake made resembled a Roti Prata (which then after the first tasting, I threw it away.). Anyway, the subsequent pancakes are more pancakey looking and edible, though theres no fixed sizes and they are really ugly. What upsets me most is that. JESSIE RATHER EAT THE "LAO(4)-HONG(1)" TOASTED BREAD THAN TO TASTE MY PANCAKES! stupid dogs...even Murph that PIG(below), who quickly shunned away after sniffing the pancake. Must be the quality of the flour! lol.

SIGH. Anyway, this is my FIRST TIME. And my dear friends, I know I'm the infamous louya never-can-be housewife. I'm a total clutz and noob in the Kitchen, hereby I admit kay, so dont mock at me already, sholes.

Nevertheless! I'm still proud of my acheivement today. Humph.
